no everything is blocked at T.T.. now they have bolcked animepaper,mangafox...all cartoon and games sites..thats soo mean.. T.T..sometimes otaku is temporarily blocked too.

Well, I suppose some areas of Minitokyo are a little, um, adult orientated. So maybe that is why is is blocked?
